Empowering Women Through Fitness
Fitness has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I've explored various forms of training, from strength-building to mobility, yoga, cardio, and so on. I am fascinated at how movement can not only transform our bodies, but also our minds. I've come to deeply understand and advocate for women's health. Our bodies go through so many changes, from hormonal shifts, to the pressures of everyday life, and I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, balanced, and empowered. Fitness is more than just physical- it's a tool to manage stress, improve mental health, and tackle the unique challenges that we face! We all deserve to feel AND be confident in our own skin, embrace our bodies with strength and self-assurance.
I wanted to become a personal trainer since my early 20's and it took a long time to finally gain my own self-confidence and strength to take that initial step. Here I am! I have always loved sharing what I've learned about fitness. Especially with my fellow women who have struggled throughout life like me! At 51 years of age, I feel stronger, healthier and more confident than ever before. I am actually excited to see where I land at 75! I am here to support you every step of the way, and I genuinely love every minute of this journey! Helping others grow stronger, feel better, and reach their goals is not just my passion-It's what drives me every day! Let's do this!
