Dedicated to Women's Fitness
As a certified personal trainer with a passion for empowering women, I specialize in helping women
of all ages and fitness levels build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. My approach
goes beyond just workouts—I focus on functional fitness from beginner to advanced, and mindset
coaching to support women through every stage of life, from beginners to postnatal recovery to
active aging.
One of the things that sets me apart from some trainers is that I come to you! Beach, park, home, or wherever is convenient for you. I will bring everything we need to get started on day one!
With certifications in strength training, and women’s fitness, I create customized programs that are
realistic, motivating, and tailored to each client’s unique goals. Whether you’re looking to feel
stronger, improve your energy, or transform your overall health, I’m here to guide, educate, and
cheer you on every step of the way.

Services

TIER 1 – 4 WEEK PLAN $370

Initial meet and assessment

Body comp / measurements, posture analysis, flexibility, strength/endurance, cardio assessment.

Tailor a personalized fitness plan based on your goals.

Two, one on one sessions/workouts per week (8 -1 hour sessions per month)
-
Workout equipment/tools provided at your desired location (your home, local park or beach)
-
Personalized workouts set for remainder of the week outside of one-on-one.

Continued support, encouragement throughout the week (email/text)

Onsite post 4-week assessment to reassess and/or adjust plan/goals.
TIER 2 – 4 WEEK PLAN $270

One, one on one session/workout per week (4-1 hour sessions per month)

TIER 3 – 4 WEEK PLAN $140

Initial meet and assessment

Virtual Coaching

Creating and providing a personalized workout plan based around your assessment and personal goals

Ongoing virtual support

Motivation and accountability touches (texts, emails, or calls)

Answering body form, recovery questions and offering nutrition guidance (within my scope).

Post 4 week assessment virtually to answer questions, discuss future goals, and reassess.
*The initial assessment and consultation counts as your first training session
*Cancellations/re-schedules require at least a 24 hour notice.

I have nothing but admiration & gratitude for Marybeth. In 2024 I was diagnosed with lung cancer and needed surgery. At the age of 75 I knew I would need help to strengthen my body so recovery would be easier.
